Never conduct an interview by phone or in person without first doing the groundwork.
Contrary to popular belief (Don’t you just love that phrase?), it isn’t always the most qualified
candidate who gets the job. More often, it’s the one who has done their homework.
So, here is your homework. If you are being scheduled for a telephone interview, read – AND
follow the instructions for the telephone interview. If you are going in-house to meet with a
